Vikrant and Sheetal tied a knot on February 18 and chose Instagram to post their first photographs as husband and wife. They put the same description in Hindi, which translates to “This seven-year journey has transformed into seven births today. Thank you for joining us on this journey, Sheetal and Vikrant.” The couple exchanged vows in front of their closed ones.
The pair has finally given peeks from their lovely wedding after having their admirers wait a long time. The duo was seen holding hands and staring at each other in the first photo. The second photo featured a peek of their Pheras, while the third saw the two posing for the camera with smiles. They’ve been together for seven years, having started dating in 2015 and being together since then.
Wedding Highlights
Vikrant and Sheetal are dressed up in traditional wedding attires in the photos. Sheetal was dressed in a red-golden striped Lehenga with heavy traditional gold jewellery, while Vikrant is dressed in a simple and class white coloured Sherwani with matching Pagdi. Sheetals’ signature Pahadi nose ring and Maang Tika were the attraction of her entire look. Sheetal kept her makeup subtle for the day wedding and looked effortlessly beautiful.
Haldi Highlights
Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur uploaded photos from their Haldi ceremony on their social media accounts on Sunday. The two looked amazing in traditional Haldi attires. Vikrant captioned the photos: “कुर्ता फाड़ हल्दी” (Torn shirt Haldi). Sheetal also posted the same photo with the following caption: “हमारी हल्दी” (our Haldi). In the pictures, they both looked very happy. People showered flower petals on the bride and groom as they sat with Haldi on their faces. At their Haldi function, they were also spotted dancing to the song Desi Girl.
Sheetal wore a yellow coloured organza Lehenga adorned with thread work. Her floral jewellery and makeup complimented her entire look. Vikrant on the other hand wore a white Kurta with a beautiful patterned ethnic vest.
Sheetal and Vikrant Massey co-starred in Ekta Kapoor’s online series Broken But Beautiful, which premiered in 2018. In the romantic drama, Sheetal Thakur played Alina, alias Veer’s (Vikrant) deceased wife. According to reports, the two met on the set of their web series and have been seeing each other for quite some time. On February 14, 2022, the pair registered their marriage, and on February 18, 2022, they married in a conventional ceremony.
